Printer Repair Training Video
Single-User License Agreement

1. LICENSE DEFINITIONS.

My Tech Guru’s printer training video(s) is defined as the video content, printed documentation, documentation provided digitally or by PDF files, and other materials constituting and pertaining to all of My Tech Guru’s printer training video(s) products, and all updates and upgrades thereto. 

2. GRANT OF SINGLE-USER LICENSE.

Subject to all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement, My Tech Guru grants to you, one user (the “Licensee”) the non-exclusive, non-assignable copyright license to use My Tech Guru’s printer training video(s). A single user may be defined as a single company location, even though multiple users may have access to the video(s) at that location. Employees from other company locations would not be granted license under this agreement. My Tech Guru reserves all rights not expressly granted to you. 

3. REGISTRATION.

By purchasing My Tech Guru’s printer training video(s) you will be automatically registered based on the contact details provided.

4. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS.

You, the licensee, are not authorized and agree not to: (i) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon, in whole or in part, the My Tech Guru printer training video(s); (ii) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the My Tech Guru printer training video(s); (iii) sublicense, publish, rent, lease, loan, or resell the My Tech Guru printer training video(s) without prior written permission from My Tech Guru; (iv) use or copy the My Tech Guru printer training video(s), except as provided in this agreement. 

5. PRODUCTION and DISTRIBUTION of SINGLE-USER LICENSE.

Only My Tech Guru is permitted to produce and distribute the My Tech Guru printer training video(s), including the My Tech Guru printer training video(s) License. To use any copy of the My Tech Guru printer training video(s), you must purchase from and register with My Tech Guru to obtain a license, designated specifically for you (as described above). Use of a My Tech Guru license or a My Tech Guru printer training video(s) produced by any source other than My Tech Guru is a violation of this agreement. License  transfer is not allowed, except with the express permission of My Tech Guru. Production and distribution of the My Tech Guru printer training video(s) is authorized solely by My Tech Guru. Each copy of the My Tech Guru printer training video(s) must be a true and complete copy of the entire video and / or instant access or downloadable set, and include the My Tech Guru copyright notice and trademarks. 
 

6. OWNERSHIP OF My Tech Guru’s printer training video(s).

My Tech Guru retains the copyright, title, and ownership of the My Tech Guru printer training video(s) and the written materials regardless of the form or media in or on which the original and other copies may exist. My Tech Guru retains all intellectual property rights, including and without limitation, trade secret, patent, trademark, and copyright, in the My Tech Guru printer training video(s). 

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.

THIS MY TECH GURU PRINTER TRAINING VIDEO(S) AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE IS OFFERED. 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

ANY LIABILITY OF MY TECH GURU WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. MY TECH GURU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, PERSONAL INJURY, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF MY TECH GURU HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 

9. GENERAL.

In the event that any provision in this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Any attempt to sublicense, assign, or transfer the rights, duties, or obligations hereunder is void. The laws of the State of Texas, USA, shall govern this Agreement. 

10. TERM.

This license is effective until terminated. This License will terminate automatically without notice from My Tech Guru if you fail to comply with any provision of this License. Upon termination, you shall destroy all the written materials and all copies of the My Tech Guru printer training video(s) and / or CD(s), including copies, and the deletion of any downloaded files, if any.
